Rooted in Homestead. Experienced in Leadership. Committed to Our Future.
For more than 40 years, Julio Guzman has called Homestead home. He's raised his family here, built businesses here, and dedicated years of his life to serving the community he loves.
As a former Vice Mayor of Homestead, Chairman of the Homestead Housing Authority, and longtime real estate broker, Julio understands the challenges facing local families, homeowners, and businesses. His experience in public service and the private sector gives him a practical perspective on responsible growth, housing, economic opportunity, and accountable government.
Julio is a proud husband and father, an MBA graduate of Florida International University, and a former collegiate athlete who played football and baseball at Carson-Newman University before being selected in the Major League Baseball draft by the Arizona Diamondbacks.
For Julio, Homestead isn't just where he lives. It's home, and its future is personal.
